Monthly maintenance includes a new calendar each month with your events inserted. Copy for the calendar must be provided by your Post via email 2 weeks in advance. Updates should be made by the start of the new month. Events received inside the 2 weeks will be updated as soon as possible.
Maintenance fees are due and payable by the first of each quarter for that quarter (ie 1Q10= $19.00x3 Jan., Feb., March)
